365 REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT FUND LTD. (“the Fund”) was organized as an open-end investment company in February, 2014, under the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Its main goal is to provide the fund’s investors a high level of risk management through its hedge while capitalizing on the traditionally high return of real estate development and investment.

The Fund has assembled directors and industry partners that have the expertise and track record to meet growth expectations, ensure safety of the investment through risk management protocols and navigate through the ever changing markets.

NCMI is a Canadian fund management firm specializing in investment and hedge funds. Its corporate strategies are based on Canadian sensibilities of risk management combined with steady growth and return.

With its massive depth of management experience, NCMI’s fund managers have the diversity and expertise to manage and closely track its client’s portfolios. Its experience lies in many financial sectors inclusive of real estate, oil and gas and agriculture. NCMI has been mandated by 365 Real Estate Development Fund to acquire and manage all of its real estate, development and many other acquisitions. They are also required to provide oversight of 365’s ‘Segregated Fund’ hedge in conjunction with the team at Great-West Life & London Life (see below).
